Post these in the auction house. Experiment with the prices a little bit, and you'll be able to figure out what's selling well, when it's selling well, and any other useful information. After enough testing, you should be able to figure out what the most profitable items are. This will vary from server to server, so don't be afraid to experiment.
Earning gold this way does take some time, but it's a LOT faster than trying to get your money from drops in the world. Remember, the World of Warcraft Auction House is the world's only "Truly" free market, meaning that the prices are COMPLETELY set by the players.
